Sereen

Sereen started her yoga and Pilates journey 8 years ago. She believes both disciplines unite the mind, body and spirit in harmony to find our inner self. With the use of the breath, and alignment of the poses you will be able to achieve a balanced and centred mindset. She teaches both vinyasa and ashtanga flows. Over the years, she got introduced to various methods to improve the body’s physique. With extensive research she designed a precise method with the use of light weights, to increase the mobility of the hips and strengthen the core, to achieve a lean and strong body. She believes movement is essential to our wellbeing and consistency is key to transforming the body’s physique. All her classes are designed carefully to suit all body types. Her sessions are dynamic, soulful and challenging. She wants her students to feel good off and on the mat. To feel good in their own skin, and to push themselves to their highest potential.
