    What Is EMS and why should you try it ?

    During EMS training, you’ll wear a device connecting tiny electrodes to the body, these stimulate your muscles to accelerate your workout and enhance your body-toning results. EMS training is a good way to improve your overall fitness, activate or recover the muscles, build visible muscle mass, and increase strength. You only need to exercise for as little as 20 minutes twice per week to see and feel results.

    Muscle Activation

    EMS is extremely effective, especially for the large muscles in the legs and glutes. If the muscles are inhibited or weak, the fibers can become dormant. EMS helps to stimulate whilst improving motor neuron speed. Train to actively contract the muscle whilst the machine is passively contracting for optimal activation.

    Muscle Recovery

    EMS improves muscle recovery by generating heat in the muscles to proactively prevent excessive post-workout soreness. It can also be used to treat damaged or painful muscle tissue through massage and other recovery protocols. Chiropractors and massage therapists commonly use EMS for its endorphin production.
