Dancing since the age of 2, practicing Yoga from the age of 14 and teaching Fitness classes from the age of 20. Jo is a trained professional dancer, fitness instructor, yoga teacher and a meditation coach. Jo completed her Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga training in Bali Indonesia and started teaching yoga straight away. She loves coaching people and seeing their progression, it’s her number one passion in life. Jo is also experienced and passionate about teaching a wide variety of classes from aerobics, HIIT, boot camp, jump and toning classes.
