The CrossFit methodology unites all ages, abilities, and goals, from beginner to advanced. CrossFit has three main components: Weightlifting, Gymnastics, & Metabolic Conditioning. What is fitness? Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit develops ALL these abilities in one program.

Weightlifting
Weightlifting produces many physical benefits such as increased bone density, muscle mass, joint stability, and reduced risk of injury. Specifically, we demonstrate functional movements (squat, deadlift, bench press), which we use within our everyday lives. E.g., to get on/off a toilet we execute the air squat.
Aside from reaping the rewards of weightlifting to become stronger and better at handling life’s challenges, we also cover Olympic Weightlifting, which is a sport within itself. Olympic lifting isn’t just about strength, we focus on also developing our speed and power output.
